My name is Olivia, and I have a bunch of allergies so I learned how to cook!
This blog serves as documentation to share the trials and tribulations of cooking without eggs, without gluten, without nuts, sometimes without milk, and occasionally vegan. Sometimes I break out of these restraints to cook for other people, or to experiment! The world is my culinary oyster. As you can safely assume from the title, my ventures are inexact, full of little cheats, and usually result in me saying “it’s probably fine.” Hopefully it’s pretty funny.
